About Contract Support 4 U

“Contract Support 4 U” is a consultancy service run by myself, Nick Jacobs, aimed primarily at small businesses that focus on selling and/or procuring IT related solutions, products and/or services to other commercial and/or public organizations.

Virtually all of Contract Support 4 U’s commissions come directly through recommendations from previous clients or through a potential client’s personal knowledge of me or of other consultants already working under the Contract Support 4 U network banner-head.

Contract Support 4 U’s goal is to work in parallel with a client’s business activities so as to provide support and encouragement throughout a client’s decision making process by offering proactive opinions rather than professional advice — legal or otherwise.  This reduces our personal risk exposure which, in turn, is directly reflected in our respective client fees due to there being no requirement for individual professional indemnity insurance cover.

The bulk of our opinions are focused on client business activities associated with the contracting process such as procuring, tendering, quoting, negotiating, reviewing, drafting, implementation, invoicing and/or performance/dispute resolution.
